The holiday apartments complex “VISTA DEL MAR” is located in the south-eastern part of Ravda less then 40 meters away from the sea coast. On the opposite side it adjoins with an asphalt-paved street. The distance to the south beach of Ravda doesn’t exceed 150 meters. The main access to the building is from the side of street “Breeze” /see the map/. It is settled on a Regulated land property RLP III-465 in quarter 54 of the village-planning scheme of Ravda with a total area of 1 354 m². The blocks of flats with apartments for seasonal use "Vista del Mar" are situated in the village of Ravda, Regulated Landed Property III-465, quarter 54. The parcel is 1 354 m². large. It is in the center of the village, less then 50 m away from the sea coast and on the opposite site it borders with an asphalt-paved street. The distance to the South Beach of Ravda is approximately 150 m.
The volumetric composition of the building is in the shape of a telescopic prism which provides each apartment with a direct sea view. There are apartments on the ground-floor, on the three main residential floors and on the roof floor. The main volume begins 5 meters from the street-line and four shops are projected in the space next to the street-line. The building will be accessible from a controlled entrance, a staircase and a lift.
The building includes 36 apartments, 28 of them are with one bedroom, a living-room, a kitchenette and a bathroom, and eight apartments have two bedrooms, a living-room with a kitchenette and two bathrooms.
Having been constructed economically, each flat provides a large living-room with a kitchenette attached to it as well as a dining-spot. With regard to the sea features of the site, the terraces have been deliberately accented especially their connection with the living room and their orientation. The approach to the site is strongly emphasized through the small decorative yard and the architectural elements shaping the portico. The entrance area is really outstanding for the well marked staircase and the elevator. All the regulations for accessibility have been observed. There is an outdoor pool at the roof level - a terrace overlooking the whole bay with a magnificent panoramic view.
The exact quadrature of each of the apartments and shops is described in a separate file. The building will be made by a monolithic armored concrete construction with brick walls. There is an exterior hydro and thermal insulation and mineral plaster; PVC windows. The interior walls will be worked with materials without wet processing.
